At Greendance there are no fees to visit our gardens, listen to live music, or explore our orchards – please be considerate and respect our property for all visitors to enjoy. We take great pride in the hard work and many hours playing in the dirt to make our farm beautiful and harvests successful.

Picnicking – Please no carry-in food or alcohol (Bottled water and birthday cake/cupcakes are permitted for fun celebrations). At our winery you will find many options for all diets and tastes – inside the winery are a wide array of picnic snacks, local gourmet food items, and chocolates & sweets, outside you will find made-to-order savory meals at The Cabin, and fresh baked desserts & ice creams at Sand Hill’s Cafe Persimmon – all open daily. We now carry a selection of local craft beer! Bottles for sale inside the winery.

We reserve the right to inspect any large bags & coolers.

Pets – Our winery and gardens are pet free for the comfort and safety of all of our guests, but if you find yourself traveling with a loving pet and want to visit us, we do allow pets on leashes in our parking lot and adjoining field only. Stretch their legs and please pick up after them.

Please be courteous to our farm animals – Greendance at its core is a historic working farm and our sheep, goats, ponies, and free-range guineas are important to us.

Family Friendly – Children are always welcome to visit Greendance with their families. Our property is tobacco free – please do not smoke/vape in our gardens, retail shops, or cafe areas. It is our pleasure to provide a family atmosphere for all ages.

Accessibility – Our winery, shops, cafes, and facilities are all wheelchair accessible. There are open spaces in between where we let are gardens flourish. Please let us know how can make your visit most enjoyable.

Seating – Our seating is situated outdoors in the open air of our garden space. Aptly named the Nectar Garden, here butterfly bush, native grasses, wild huckleberries, and endless perennials surround guests. Sip a glass with the bees and butterflies on a serene weekday, and enjoy music on the stage during a lively weekend. In the off season an impromptu campfire can be enjoyed too.

Photography – We welcome all guests to explore the public areas and take photos. If you are working with a professional photographer, schedule your session during our normal business hours Monday – Friday and alert a staff member when you arrive. Due to the high number of private events and weddings, please no professional photography on weekends or holidays.
